- Vitamins and Minerals, in a balanced proportion, that helps to our organism to work properly.
- The benefits of the Unsaturated Fatty Acids Omega 3, 6 and 9 in an appropriate proportion, following recommendations of diverse agencies of alimentary control (FDA, WHO).
The Vitamins and the Minerals are essential nutrients for the correct operation of our organism that should be given
to our body habitually. It is an option to use nutritious complements that helps to our organism to cover the daily necessities
of these nutrients when due to ways of life or other reasons our diet doesn't contribute the necessary quantity. Since our
habitual diet contributes us certain quantity of vitamins and mineral Ceregumil Vitamix it reduces its contribution to 50%
of the Recommended Daily Quantity of the vitamins and suitable minerals, avoiding not wanted excesses.
Omega 3, 6 y 9 are essential fatty acids that the human body doesn't produce itself, and they can only be acquired through the diet.
For that, it is important to include in our habitual diet food rich in fatty acids Omega 3, 6 and 9 that have a beneficial effect,
because they help to balance and to maintain in healthy levels the cholesterol, the arterial pressure, the triglycerides, and therefore
we maintain healthy our arteries and heart. In Ceregumil Vitamix Plus, the combined action of the fish (rich in Omega 3), onagraceae
(source of Omega 6) and olive (rich in Omega 9) oils combine in an appropriate proportion, following recommendations of diverse agencies
of alimentary control (FDA, WHO).
We all have heard of the benefits of the
Omega 3 acids, but only the Omega 3 coming from fish contain EPA and DHA which are essential fatty acids that help to maintain the health of our heart.
The

CADA COMPONENTE
-
OMEGA 3 FROM OIL OF FISH 35% EPA, 25% DHA (174.00 MG IN EACH CAPSULE)
It is a type of polyunsaturated fatty acid that is in the fish oil and in certain vegetable oils
as linen or soy oils. But not all are same: only those coming from fish contain EPA and DHA, qualified
to prevent or to minimize the effect of illnesses, among other the cardiovascular ones, as it is recognized
by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
-
OMEGA 6 FROM OIL OF ONAGRACEAE (23.6 MG IN EACH CAPSULE)
It is a type of polyunsaturated fatty acid that is in the vegetable oils, being one of the best the
onagraceae oil. They reduce the risk of coronary illnesses; they are beneficial for the renal metabolism,
the osteoporosis and the hormonal regulation. They prevent the breast and prostate cancer.
-
OMEGA 9 COMING FROM OIL OF OLIVE (33.6 MG FOR CAPSULE)
The oleic acid is a fatty acid "Omega 9" and its main source, as the FDA recognizes, is the olive oil.
It has a beneficial effect in the sanguine cholesterol, diminishing the total cholesterol, the LDL cholesterol,
the levels of sanguine triglycerides and the resistance to the insulin, contributing this way to diminish the
risk of cardiovascular illnesses.
-
VITAMIN A
It is a natural antirust vitamin that, besides protecting us of the infections, takes charge of regulating the
production of certain proteins which are important in the maintenance of the integrity of the mucous, the vision and
synthesis of hormones. It smoothes the skin and stimulates the cellular renovation. Its lack produces blindness, ocular
lesions, anaemia or dryness of the skin and mucous.
-
VITAMIN B1 (THIAMINE)
It acts as mediator in the metabolism of the hydrates of carbon and in the operation of the nervous system and heart.
The lack of thiamine produces beriberi, an illness that is characterized by paralysis, muscular atrophy, inflammation
of the heart and cramps in the legs and, in serious cases, heart attacks and even death. Many foods contain thiamine, but
few they contribute with in important quantities. The richest foods in thiamine are the pig meat, the viscera
(liver, heart and kidneys) and the yeast of beer, the lean meats, the eggs, and the vegetables of green leaf, the husk
of the cereals, the wheat germ, the berries, the dry fruits and the legumes.
-
VITAMIN B2 (RIBOFLAVIN)
The vitamin B2, the same as the thiamine, acts as coenzyme, that is to say, it should combine with a portion of another
enzyme to be effective in the metabolism of the hydrates of carbon, fats and especially in the metabolism of the proteins
that participate in the transport of oxygen. It also acts in the maintenance of the mucous membranes. It also acts in the
maintenance of the mucous membranes. The lack of riboflavin can get complicated if there is lack of other vitamins of the
group B. Its symptoms, not as defined as those of the thiamine inadequacy, are lesions in the skin, in particular near the
lips and the nose, and alterations in the bone marrow. The best riboflavin sources are the liver, the milk, the meat, the
spinaches, the eggs, the cereals and enriched cereals, the pasta, the bread and the mushrooms.
-
VITAMINA B3 (NICOTINAMIDA O NIACINA)
sistema nervioso central, depresión y trastornos mentales.
-
VITAMIN B5 (PANTOTHENIC ACID)
It intervenes in the cellular metabolism as a coenzyme in the energy liberation starting from the fats, proteins and carbohydrates.
It is in a great quantity and variety of foods.
-
VITAMINA B6 (PYRIDOXINE)
It is necessary for the absorption and the metabolism of amino acids. It also acts in the use of fats of the body and in the
formation of red globules or erythrocytes. The lack of pyridoxine is characterized by alterations in the skin, cracks in the corner
of the lips, thicken tongue, convulsions, sickness, nauseas, anemia and kidney stones (see Urolithiases).
The best pyridoxine sources are the cereals, the bread, the liver, the avocado, the spinaches, the green beans and the bananas.
The quantity of necessary pyridoxine is proportional to the quantity of consumed protein.
-
VITAMIN B8 (BIOTIN OR VITAMIN H)
It intervenes in the formation of the glucose starting from the carbohydrates and the fats.
The lack produces lesions in the skin and the mucous.
-
VITAMIN B9 (FOLIC ACID)
It acts together with vitamin B12, as co-factor of enzymes that participate in the metabolism of amino acids, purines and nucleic
acids; it is indispensable in the division processes and cellular multiplication. It allows the normal growth, maintains the reproduction
capacity and impedes certain sanguine dysfunctions.
It is in the leaves of the vegetables, lettuce, spinach, green vegetables, broccoli, pea, cereals (wheat, rice, and corn), carrot, tomato,
nuts, hazelnuts, and liver. It can be found in small quantities in the meat, eggs and most of the fruit.
Its lack produces macrocytic anemia, weakness, fatigue, irritability. It is an indispensable vitamin in the pregnancy, because it intervenes
in the development of the fetus.
-
VITAMIN B12 (COBALAMIN)
The vitamin B12, also well-known as cyanocobalamin, is one of the recently isolated vitamins. It is necessary in tiny quantities for the
formation of nucleoproteins, proteins and red globules, and for the operation of the nervous system. The lack of cobalamin is frequently due
to the inability of the stomach to produce a glycoprotein (intrinsic factor) that helps to absorb this vitamin. The result is a pernicious
anemia, with the characteristic symptoms of bad production of red globules, faulty synthesis of the mielina (nervous sheath) and loss of the
epithelium (membranous cover) of the intestinal tract. The cobalamin is only obtained of animal sources: liver, kidneys, meat, fish, eggs and
milk. Vegetables are very poor in cobalamin, so if you are following a vegetarian diet you are recommended to take supplements of this vitamin.
-
VITAMIN C
The vitamin C is important in the formation and conservation of the collagen, the protein that sustains many corporal structures and that
plays a very important paper in the formation of bones and teeth. It also favors the iron absorption coming from the foods of vegetable origin.
Scurvy is the classic manifestation of serious lack of ascorbic acid. Its symptoms are due to the loss of the action of the collagen, and among
them there are the hemorrhages, fall of teeth and cellular changes in the bones of the children. The statement that the massive doses of ascorbic
acid prevent colds and flu has not been obtained meticulously of controlled experiences. However, in other experiments it has been demonstrated
that the ascorbic acid prevents the formation of nitrosamines, some compounds that have produced tumors in laboratory animals and they may produce
them in human beings. Although the ascorbic acid that is not used is eliminated quickly by the urine, long and lingering doses can derive in the
formation of calculations in the bladder and the kidney, interference in the effects of the anticoagulants, destruction of the vitamin B12 and loss
of calcium in the bones. The vitamin C is in citric, fresh strawberries, grapefruit, pineapple and guava. Good vegetable sources are the broccoli,
the Brussels sprouts, the tomatoes, the spinaches, the green peppers, the cabbage and the turnips.
-
VITAMIN D3
There are two vitamins D: vitamin D2 (calciferol) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
These vitamins are necessary for the normal formation of the bones and for the absorption of calcium and phosphor.
They also protect the teeth and bones against the effects of a low consumption of calcium, making a more effective use of the calcium and the phosphor.
Also called "solar vitamins", the vitamins D are obtained from the egg yolk, the oils of fish liver, the tuna and the milk enriched with these vitamins.
They are also manufactured in the body when the sterols that are in many foods move to the skin and they receive the solar radiation.
The inadequacy of these compounds, denominated rachitis, is rarely given in the tropical climates where there is abundance of solar rays,
and there was a time when it was common among the children of the not very sunny cities before starting using enriched milk.
The rachitis is characterized by deformity of the thoracic cavity and the skull and for arched legs, everything produced by the bad absorption of
calcium and phosphor by the body. Because the vitamins D are fat-soluble and they are stored in the body, its excessive consumption can cause
intoxication, damages to the kidney, lethargy and appetite loss.
-
VITAMIN E Natural
It is a fat-soluble vitamin, thermo-resistant but very sensitive to light and air. It is necessary for the operation of the nervous system and of
the immune system. It has a preventive paper in front of cardiovascular diseases and cancer. It protects the polyunsaturated fatty acids of the
membrane through its anti-rust action. It protects to the vitamin A of its destruction in the organism.
The vitamin E used in the capsules CEREGUMIL is natural vitamin E which is at least double effective than the synthetic vitamin E in relation to
their biological activity.
-
IRON
It is indispensable to produce red globules and to transport the oxygen to the cells, blood, muscles and other fabrics.
Its lack produces anaemia.
-
COPPER
It is necessary to produce red globules, it helps to transport and to store the iron, it is necessary to create collagen,
it contributes to produce melanin and it acts as antirust and anti-inflammatory.
-
IODINE
It helps the thyroid gland to segregate the hormones that we need to produce energy, to control the cholesterol, to regulate the weight,
to facilitate the reproduction and to maintain the nerves, bones, skin, fingernails, hair and teeth healthy.
-
POTASSIUM
It is implied in the reaction of the nerves, in the work of the muscles and in the healthy maintenance of these.
In balance with the calcium and the magnesium, the potassium contributes to the regularization of all the cellular functions and especially
to the excitability of the heart, of the nervous system and of the muscles. It is indispensable for the movement of the myocardium and it
activates the enzymatic systems.
-
ZINC
Necessary for the operation of the immunologic system, it helps to fight light and important infections.
-
MANGANESE
It is antirust, although it also intervenes in the chemical reactions related with the energy production, the metabolism of the nervous
cells, the muscular contraction and the development of the bones.
-
SELENIUM
It has a great antirust power: it acts with the vitamin E to eliminate the free radicals and the toxic substances.
-
CHROMIUM
It stabilizes the quantity of glucose in the blood and this way it helps to regulate the cholesterol and other fats,
and to avoid the cardiovascular and renal illnesses.
-
MOLYBDENUM
It helps to the body to detoxify sulphites. It acts as antirust.
